Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Any order placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Holiday or Sale weekends are subject to a 24 hour processing period from the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Le Chandelle Inc is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages.

Shipping for International orders shipping is calculated based on weight at check out. All international shipments are subject to customs/duties charges.
